From Beef Operations to Gravel and then Field Services, Goodlands Group has evolved and expanded its capabilities.

The Goodland family have a strong background in agriculture and livestock dating back four generations to the original Wightfield’s property. Now a namesake of the stud cattle which the Goodland family breeds in South-East Queensland, the Goodland Group of companies expanded into quarry operations in 2012 with the establishment of Goodland Gravel.

Goodland Gravel expanded its range of products and services across three quarries and the acquisition of additional heavy plant and machinery to provide transport and logistical solutions to our clients in addition to raw and processed materials.

Upon ongoing success of the existing companies, Goodland Field Services (GFS) was founded in 2016 to operate within an identified gap in the local market for a solution provider across labour and equipment supply.

Having successfully delivered multiple projects within its first 12 months of operation, including but not limited to both APLNG and QCLNG gas gathering networks, Goodland Field Services diversified into a range of self-performing civil construction and specialty pipeline services offering capabilities across a range of industries throughout Australia.

By leveraging the proven aptitudes of our team, coupled with access to recognised industry associates, Goodland Group has brought together some of Australia’s leading pipeline and civil construction professionals.

Goodland Group has set out to achieve bridging the gap between local knowledge and skills combining experienced industry professionals with strong foundations in civil, pipeline and associated construction activities. We have worked with asset owners and principle contractors throughout the expansion of gas networks and surrounding infrastructure across Queensland, providing a multi-disciplined approach to project delivery.

Goodland Group is a leader in the identification and delivery of local participation solutions within projects across Australia. Our experienced team is key to matching local personnel with project roles, allowing for successful training and up skilling within local and indigenous communities.

By working with constructors and asset owners, Goodland Group has successfully delivered increased Local Participation levels across a number of projects across regional Queensland.
